St. Francis E. M school Madhira was established in 1994 as a minority Catholic Institution run by Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart. It is a recognized Institution by the Govt.of Telangana and the school runs classes from Nursery to 10th standard. As a Catholic Institution, it cares for the Catholic community first and open to all students irrespective of Caste, Creed or Community. As a minority institution it reserves for itself its inherent and constitutionally guaranteed right of Management and Administration. The institution aims at educating girls and boys to be God loving, good and useful citizens. Realizing that education is an all round development of the pupil, the institution constantly endeavours to direct to this and all curricular studies and Co-Curricular activities with special emphasis on discipline and formation of character.

There is nothing very remarkable and grandiose in the story of the FRANCISCAN MISSIONARY SISTER OF THE SACRED HEART begun more than a century ago. The beauty of its story is all enclosed in the mystery of Divine Love which starting from its uncertain origins guarded it lovingly like a little plant cared for its growth, flourished it and spread over 23 countries of seven continents.
The institute of Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart can be considered decisively the fruit of the Divine Providence. For its origin GOD made use of two humble instruments, tow persons who casually met in Venice ITLAY in 1859, a young Parisian woman LAURA LEROUX the Duchess of Buffer mount (1832 – 1917) and a religious Minor Franciscan, the servant of God Father Gregory Fioravanti (1822 – 1894) ITALY.
